Cancer Awareness and Detection (Free HPV Testing and Vaccination)

PROGRAM DETAILS

Empowering Rural Women

Mega Health Camps, organized by the Bharavase Foundation under Dr. Padmini Prasad, deliver essential healthcare services to underserved communities. These camps provide counseling, guidance, disease detection, and follow-up care, addressing both immediate and long-term health needs.

A key focus is raising awareness about critical health issues like breast and uterine cancers. By offering free Human Papillomavirus (HPV) testing to thousands of women, the camps make vital screenings accessible to those who might not otherwise receive them.

Dr. Padmini Prasad’s team employs proactive strategies, including house-to-house visits and public announcements, to encourage participation.
